Returns Policy

Any product may be returned IF the product arrives damaged. The unopened product must be returned within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds may take up to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Shipping

All Products are shipped by UPS and shipping price is based on weight and location of the order.

FREE shipping for restocking orders $550 or above.

Pick up option. We will email you when the order is ready for pick up at our store. 

 

 

Check or Credit Card Payment 

Checks - At check out - select pay option "check."

Upon receipt of payment we then ship your order to you.  This option allows for payment upon receiving your Quickbooks invoice by check or credit card.  We hope this process will allow our customers more options and convenience in payments, as well as streamling our invoicing process allowing us more time to focus on making great  products for your pharmacy!
